The first impression she made on us was a marketing flyer demonstrating she did her homework, wanted our business, and was polished and thoughtful.
Everything she did from that first contact continued to build on that first impression. We listed within weeks of our first conversation (it would have been sooner but we had holiday travel and things to PURGE). She managed everything leading up to the sale including helping us declutter for the amazing photographs that were taken. Oh and not just photos – drone shots. We knew how special our place in the mountains was, and Jessica marketed it flawlessly.
By the end of our first weekend, our home had been visited over a dozen times, three times by one couple who made an offer and we went under contract.
It was great and fast and left us with a new challenge – now where do we go? Jessica to the rescue. She listened intently and understood our priorities for our next home, then delivered. We found and had an offer in on our new home within two weekends of looking.
The special sauce Jessica brings with marketing, selling, and helping us find a new home isn’t where it stops. We had unique situations with both our buyers and our sellers that had us – at times.- wondering what we’d agreed to and if we were on another planet. Through it all, Jessica was calm and professional, navigating some truly wild conversations.
We would work with Jessica again in a heartbeat and can’t recommend her enough. We’re only sad we won’t have another house to sell or buy for a while, giving us the opportunity to work with her again.
